Abstract
Over the years, cases of terrorism had been recorded
in many countries of the world. These had not only led to the death of innocent
citizens but also disturbed economic activities in the affected countries.
Amidst the increasing cases of this menace, this paper examines the factors
that are promoting it while also suggesting steps that can be taken to
eradicate and control it.
