Management Planning and Ethics
           Planning is an essential component
of any endeavor. The United States Air
Force, due to its size and scope, utilizes every function of the planning
process to achieve its goals. As with
any organization, the USAF must consider many factors when developing
plans. Some of these factors include
legal issues, ethics, and social responsible behavior; all of which are vital
to the planning process, and may impact that process greatly. For that reason, these issues must be considered
carefully by all departments or sections of a company, and should be part of
any plan.
