Planning and Ethics Paper
           Hotel management is a diverse and
every changing career. There is much to be decided on during the planning
process, and there is even more to take into consideration when making
important decisions that affect the hotel, its employees, and its guests. In
this paper, I will discuss the management planning process without my hotel and
the factors that impact that process
           When one
thinks of a hotel one usually visualize a nice place to relax and unwind. I
know when I think of a hotel the first thing that pops in mind is room service,
but no matter what our idea of a good hotel is no one can truly understand what
is involved in making guests return to the same hotel time after time until he
or she is apart of hotel management.
