Despite
the challenge of maintaining values while operating a business ethically, there
are companies that have experienced considerable success with the incorporation
of these ideas into their business structure. Success is realized when businesses first
understand what values and ethics are.
Achieving this understanding, businesses will proceed with ensuring that
a strong code of ethics, integrity and compliance, and proper training are
implemented to foster the companies’ success.
