Abstract
This
report analyzes Sirius Satellite Radio as an independent company and will
analyze it with the merger of XM Satellite Radio. I will look into the equity and debt of
Sirius Satellite Radio as an independent company as well as look in the equity
and debt if it acquires XM Satellite Radio. Â
I will also analyze how long it will take to Sirius Satellite Radio to
achieve positive cash flow. The purpose
of this report is to make a recommendation about whether or not Embry Investment
Group should acquire Sirius XM Satellite Radio.Â
