Introduction
Kindergarten is
a very essential period in the lives of children. In kindergarten, children for
the first time are exposed to a more formal language of their care givers and
have to take part in classroom discourses. During that stage, kids learn about
the structure, rules and social meaning of academic conversation. The purpose
of my study is firstly to examine language behavior of young children in
academic environment, like kindergarten, and see what kind of difficulties they
might have interacting with the teachers. I am going to analyze a structure of
conversation of young children and to check how they construct and control a
conversation with a teacher during a lesson.
